Located in the heart of the Puna district, this community experiment is the physical manifestation of “The Dragon Slayer Prophecy” film and Eastwood’s certified Human Authored, 23 new 2026 editions of his proprietary Internal Science and International Philosophy.

About William Eastwood
At age 13, Eastwood was invited by a Yale Professor to work at his private Research and Development facility on a clandestine astrolabe-type invention. From there, Eastwood pursued his own independent 50 years of research triggered by a unique scientific experiment he conducted at age 12. Eastwood discovered a lost science of navigation and creation beyond the Zero Point Field barrier. This resulted in startling discoveries offering the answers to world problems. The Puna Project is a planned grass roots application of IS and IP.
Author’s Note: The Dragon Slayer Film is set to be filmed on Oahu.
