The Physical Coordinate for a World That Belongs to the Future
Imagine a life where the “Physicalist” struggle—the soul-crushing traffic, the toxic workplace stress, and the systemic “Hate-Loop”—is replaced by the generative energy of the Big Island. This isn’t a retreat; it’s the Puna Pilot Community, the official real-world application of Internal Science and International Philosophy (IP).
We aren’t building a gated community with regulations; we are initiating a Gathering of Sovereigns. This is a call for the global “Dragon Slayer” generation to occupy the Puna district—a “Blue Zone” of longevity where the land is affordable and the spirit is independent.
.
A Message from the 1,000-Year Probability
Standing on the shores of 2036, the old world of 2026 feels like a fading shadow. We have officially entered the 1,000-Year Probability—a self-sustaining cycle of peace, creativity, and abundance.
The statistics of this era are the new miracles. War has become an obsolete technology, replaced by high-frequency diplomacy. Poverty is a historical footnote, erased by a Global Dividend that recognizes the inherent value of every human life. But the greatest achievement of this millennium is the “UBI Generation”—the young creators who look upon the world with eyes that have never known the Toxic Poison of lack. They are the living evidence that humanity is a species of altruistic creators. The Puna Pilot Community is where that future starts now.
[Excerpt from the book, “Make All Your Problems Go Away Like Magic!“ A 2026 film companion.]
Why Puna? Why Now?
The Puna district is the perfect physical coordinate for those who understand that consciousness creates reality. Here, the Earth is literally creating itself anew through volcanic activity.
-
Global Access Pricing: While the rest of the world faces a housing crisis, beautiful lots here can be secured for as little as $7,000 to $20,000. It is a low-risk way to own your own “Manifestation Ground.”
-
The Power of the Group: When you surround yourself with people who recognize your fundamental goodness, your ability to manifest your desires accelerates. Your neighbors won’t be “blocking” your reality; they will be your co-creators.
-
The Physical Anchor: We have focused our mission on Hawaiian Beaches. This nautical, walkable environment offers paved roads and private water systems—vital infrastructure for a modern transition in a tropical paradise.
The Inventory of Opportunity
In the old world, people “bought property.” In the Great Civilization, we anchor intent. Because Hawaiian Beaches remains one of the most undervalued coastal gems in the U.S., the barrier to entry is low, but the potential is infinite.
-
The “Ground Zero” Lot: Secure a residential lot with paved roads and private water, bypassing the traditional “catchment” struggles of rural Hawaii.
-
The “Shores” Integration: For those seeking higher infrastructure, the neighboring Hawaiian Shores Recreational Estates provide an immediate Social Hub for the first wave of residents.
-
The Collective Forum: For visionaries of limited means, we facilitate a consortium of ideas where practitioners can discuss collaborative living models to ensure the Pilot Community remains a stronghold for the Beautiful People.
The Standards of the Living Laboratory
We encourage the pioneers who join us to build with the island, not against it. We prioritize Tropical Integration—utilizing local materials and Passive Cooling to breathe with the Pacific trade winds.
The Social Agreement: Every lot in the Pilot Project is a High-Resonance Zone. By selecting land here, you are joining a collective commitment to Prosocial Interaction—replacing “Hate-Loops” with restorative support and collective abundance.
Your Next Move: The Transition Protocol
Do not let the “Social Block” of your current location tell you this is a dream. The listings are real. The Magic is simply the decision to act.
-
Review the Area: We suggest interested “Dragon Slayers” research active public listings in the Hawaiian Beaches area through standard real estate portals.
-
Connect with the Community: For those ready to move, the Earth Network serves as a Visionary Resource. While we do not act as agents or brokers, we provide strategic insights on how specific locations align with the High-Resonance goals of the Pilot Project.
-
The Flight of Intent: Book your flight to Hilo. Walk the cliffs of Kahakai Park. Feel the Alchemist’s Stone in your own heart as it recognizes its new home.
The Great Civilization doesn’t start in a boardroom; it starts on a lot in Hawaii.
“We must begin somewhere, and so here is where we begin.” —William Eastwood
Application of International Philosophy to Create an Ideal Community
A prototype community based on Internal Science application, the International Philosophy that will create a peaceful and loving community.
Many scenes in the film show the initiation of programs across the globe, each of which solves a particular world problem, or in this case gives people the opportunity to live in the future. The community is, therefore, a product of the film and is also near the Oahu primary film location of the first episodes of the film. If the film inspires the real-world parallel development of Earth Network in Honolulu, a workforce and civilian population connected to the EN world headquarters will spring up on Oahu and surrounding islands, especially in low-cost Puna, an area people from all over the world will be able to afford to buy property on. Lots can be had there at this time for as little as 10k US dollars. It is also a Blue Zone where people live longer than in almost all other parts of the world.
A Case for The Production of the Authentic Experience
Grounded in an extensive, decades-long true story, the narrative to be adapted for film serves as the real-world landing strip for a revolutionary social blueprint. The Hawaii Pilot Community in the Puna District of the Big Island is a grassroots civilizational model that demonstrates how our global problems can truly go away like magic.
.
The Hawaii Pilot Community: The Puna District Area
Located on the shore of the Big Island of Hawaii, this community experiment represents the direct, physical manifestation of the Internal Science paradigm. The Puna Project functions as a living laboratory to test the practical, real-world application of International Philosophy (IP) across three core pillars:
-
Economic Liberation: Activating proprietary socioeconomic models and regional restoration programs that render poverty, lack, and systemic fear a physical impossibility. Scarcity is unnecessary, and is a product of the physicalist worldview and state of consciousness.
.
An Off-Ramp to Global Catastrophe
As civilization moves through 2026, humanity stands at a critical crossroads. Rising environmental instability, accelerating natural disasters, and an escalating “hate-loop” in international affairs are not random occurrences; they are the direct symptoms of a failed physicalist scientific paradigm that sees the world as fragmented and hostile.
THE DRAGON SLAYER PROPHECY is a high-concept, global-event political thriller that offers humanity a definitive exit ramp from these systemic crises. This is a massive, continent-spanning action film where catastrophic plate shifts and a high-stakes government courtroom trial unfold simultaneously. To reverse these global threats, the protagonist, Teller, must project his consciousness beyond the Zero Point Field (ZPF)—navigating through time to consult with his psychic father, Mrelin, and a great council stationed 50,000 years in the future.
IP Definition: Internal Science: A complete scientific paradigm and worldview asserting that consciousness is the primary Source of reality. It recognizes the physical world as a holographic projection of an inner, non-physical Field of Probabilities, shifting the foundation of truth from mathematical equations to the direct experience and documentation of subjective intelligence.
IP: International Philosophy—the practical application of Internal Science.
By framing these jaw-dropping astral navigations as rigorous, documented experiments beyond the ZPF boundary, the film anchors its most spectacular sequences in cutting-edge science rather than fantasy. The exact nature of what lies beyond that universal space-time barrier remains a tight cinematic secret—a profound mystery that can only be fully witnessed on the theater screen.
By uniting modern nations through a “lost science” that ancient dark forces nearly erased from history, the narrative demonstrates how a unified shift in consciousness can physically stabilize the planet. This project transcends traditional cinema; it is a real-world humanitarian mandate designed to initiate Universal Basic Income, unite conflicting faiths, and clear the path for the Great Galactic Starcean era.

From the perspective of physicalism, you may think it is impossible for nations and faiths to be united, and for peace to prevail. But Eastwood says our problems are a result of physicalism myths and that such a world is indeed possible.
He is two steps ahead of everyone with a complete plan of implementation.
This is your exit ramp off a failed physicalist world.

The organization of Internal Science & International Philosophy websites
Each website consists of a different set of articles. There are no duplicate articles. Hyperlinks are provided on each site to make access to these articles easy for you.
The thoughtscreatematter.com site is a lead site for the post-materialist crowd and contains the family tree connecting William Eastwood to American founders and King Henry II through his mother’s Doolittle side and to Hollywood actor Clint Eastwood through his father’s side. This site also shows a press interview in the form of a newspaper article from the United States library microfilm database. The article mentions that Eastwood is working for Yale Professor Everett Barber on a secret directional invention that is highly accurate. Additional products are mentioned, as well as the environmental and solar technology projects of the teenage William Eastwood. Pictures of William Eastwood and his family (from William at age three on) for fans are shown here.
The mindformsmatter.com is slightly more conservative and deals with relating the new science paradigm with traditional science. It is a site, that like thoughtscreatematter.com and thoughtformmatter.com, deals with practical application of the principles of Internal Science and International Philosophy. It is a good landing site for the average person and scientifically inclined individual.
The thoughtformmatter.com website features a holistic, high-empathy approach to the paradigm. Designed with an inviting, intuitive aesthetic, it focuses on emotional harmony, personal well-being, and the practical application of principles for daily life.
The mindovermatterpower.com site is for those of all ages and entertains the younger demographic. There are time-travel and knowledge from the future articles and exciting high energy images. This site offers alternative education models for those who understand the mythical, divisive and destructive nature of the current physicalist paradigm responsible for most of the world’s problems from war and division to crime, inequality and poverty.
The williameastwood.com site is for people searching for information on William Eastwood to learn about his projects and books and to get to know him better.
The earth-network.org site is the home of MISSION GREAT CIVILIZATION and the broad goals Eastwood has to assist humanity to create a better future for everyone and to introduce Universal Basic Income through his efforts and film to the world. The site will eventually be a non-profit site. backs from books however, are currently used to back the mission.
The collecthawaii.com site is the visionary site that includes film locations for the anticipated Dragon Slayer Prophecy international film. The movie will introduce Internal Science (IS), International Philosophy (IP) and ancient Druid Science to the world. IS and IP are intended to provide the means to solve humanity’s problems and create a better future. The science will solve world problems and help individuals find success and satisfaction because the IS paradigm is a more complete scientific paradigm that recognizes that reality is a projection of the implicate order or inner generative reality of consciousness that forms the physical world (the holographic universe of physical matter). This site is also the location of two missions, the first to test the principles of Internal Science and International Philosophy in the pilot Puna community and the second to provide environmental Hawaiian products to the islands. Oahu is also the location of Earth Network in the film and its projected real-world home because of its location and international appeal.

The Holographic Universe Is Internal Science
It is time to transition beyond outdated labels such as “metaphysics” or “New Age” when referencing consciousness research and holographic universe theory. Content creators, researchers, and publishers are encouraged to accurately frame non-local reality and consciousness studies as Internal Science. Adopting this precise, post-materialist nomenclature removes pseudoscience stigma, establishes academic rigor, and grants the field the scientific authority it warrants.
Citation & Usage Standard: Readers, writers, and digital creators may freely utilize the term Internal Science™ to define the paradigm that places consciousness as the foundational source of physical reality.
